This adjusts the layout of the installer window to make it taller to assist with adding new options for the installer. In order to ease the development of the installer going forward, we also have now included the SVG rendition of the sidebar asset. This allows for resizing as appropriate going forward. Unfortunately, wix does not permit the direct use of SVG and so we also update the banner asset at the 4x scale to the new size maintaining the aspect ratio.
