remove: remove subf from namespace

This commit removes the `subf` symbol from the `@stdlib/math/base/ops`
namespace due to a package migration.

BREAKING CHANGE: remove `subf`

To migrate, users should access the same symbol via the
`@stdlib/number/float32/base` namespace.

This commit removes `@stdlib/math/base/ops/subf` in favor of
`@stdlib/number/float32/base/sub`.

BREAKING CHANGE: remove `math/base/ops/subf`

To migrate, users should update their require/import paths to use
`@stdlib/number/float32/base/sub` which provides the same API and
implementation.

@gururaj1512 Yes, it is due to #5458, which didn't update the @stdlib/namespace. I'll make a fix. Thanks for flagging.
