Request for first class support of Quartz triggers [INT-2731]

What I'd like is being use Quartz triggers with pollers in the XML application context. Also do not want start/stop INFO messages being raised each time the trigger is fired.

Would also be nice if all of the quartz scheduling and triggers were supported in the XML configuration.

Guys, how about to reanimate some old solution #4119?
It seems that there is no a lot of code, but IMO QuartzTaskScheduler should be located in the SI-EXT project.
