Improve XSD Schema: Inside a Chain Components cannot have a Poller sub-element [INT-2218]

A <chain> can have a <poller> sub-element but not the components within a chain itself. Therefore refactor the current XSD Schema because currently there are several components that allow to have Pollers configured while being in a chain.

It looks like we should just add a note within the 'chain' section of the reference manual explaining that elements within a chain (if outside of the core components), can have a <poller> sub-element since the XSD cannot validate to prevent that, but it would be an invalid configuration. Be sure to include whether an Exception would be thrown OR if it's simply not supported.

Add namespace parser validation that verifies that components within a chain do NOT contain:

• id attribute
• order attribute
• input-channel attribute
• poller sub-element

This is important for non-core components.

After some discussion - we will allow the id attribute within chains. The delayer requires the id and the id attribute can be beneficial for logging purposes.
