This PR introduces many changes to the plugin, thus bumping its version to "3.x".

Among the changes added in this PR:

• Update the project according to current gradle (5.0) plugin development best-practices. This include multiple changes:
  • Changes to the main build file of the project.
  • Correct usage of extension properties in the code.
  • Correct execution of acceptance / functional tests via the test kit GradleRunner.
  • Separation of the acceptance / functional tests to their own source-set.
• Add cases tested by the functional tests.
• Remove the "separate tests" functional test case, as it isn't a normal case of a project structure.
• Update README.md with full usage instructions and release history.
• Plugin now automatically resolves scalac dependencies and no longer requires the user to define those (Cannot cast object 'org.scoverage.ScoverageExtension_Decorated@70bf1425' #87).
• Plugin now automatically defines an aggregation task and no longer requires the user to define it (Cannot cast object 'org.scoverage.ScoverageExtension_Decorated@70bf1425' #87).
• Plugin now uses the test task to generate coverage (Why does gradle-scoverage create testScoverage task? #57).
• Plugin deletes non-instrumented classes, allowing for better integration with other coverage tools such as cobertura (Why does gradle-scoverage create testScoverage task? #57).
• Plugin can run coverage without normal compilation, thus allowing for reduced build times.

Breaking changes:

• No more testScoverage task.
• All configurations are defined in scoverage block, and not per-task.

No worries this went out yesterday (https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/org.scoverage).

I think it has some trouble with multiple levels of nested modules but I've not had a chance to look closer yet.
