Not sure what version generated the old lockfile, but this is with a clean checkout of crates.io, installing node 10.13.0 and npm 6.4.1 and doing `npm install`
Ran into some of these myself while setting up a fresh dev env.

Did a clean install of my OS, so I had the opportunity to do a clean setup of crates.io and noticed a few small updates to the docs, gitignore, and package-lock.json.
