Print out parameters used in CodeFlare release workflow to the log

Description of Problem the Feature Should Solve

Right now it is not possible to see what parameters were used in release workflow. Without this developers cannot rerun release workflow as they don't know what parameters are to be supplied.

Describe the Solution You Would Like to See

Release workflow prints out all parameters used to invoke the workflow into log. This way in case of some workflow issue anyone can check what parameters were used in previous run to be able to retrigger the workflow.
