Update SDK e2e test to reflect poetry changes

Updating the SDK e2e test so that it reflects changes in the SDK repo.

WHAT

An update to this test to reflect changes in the CodeFlare SDK, related to the use of Poetry to manage and install dependencies.

HOW

Update this test.

TESTS

Test the change manually and ensure that the updated e2e test passes successfully using poetry.

DONE

• The SDK e2e test has been updated to reflect the use of Poetry.
• The e2e test passes.
