I have the strong suspicion that at least odbc_data_source_001.phpt is skipped on CI, because it is supposed to fail. So quickly checking this.

Indeed, odbc_data_source_001.phpt is skipped (see PR #15254), as well as bug60616.phpt and odbc_exec_001.phpt because they are not supposed to run on Windows. Closing this PR, which served its purpose. |
