Arduino Board Manager is not showing all versions on the dropdown #1511

Description
I've been trying to install latest version for CubeCell boards but the extension is only showing the first 3 versions but it has more than that. I also tried refreshing package indexes many times. I expected to see the latest version v1.4.0 as Arduino IDE does.
