私は記事ファイルを public リポジトリで管理したいので、
qiita pullに限定共有記事（private: trueの記事）が含まれると非常に困ります。qiita pullのデフォルトをprivate: falseの記事のみを対象にし、限定共有記事を含めたい場合は--included-privateのようなフラグを用意すべきと考えます。本 PR は README の更新のみで、プログラムを修正する必要があります。
