  1. Add new pre-commit hooks: pyupgrade and isort
  2. Upgrade hooks: (from within virtualenv with pre-commit installed) pre-commit autoupdate
  3. Run across all files: tox -e pre-commit

graphql-python/graphql-core#196 adds pyupgrade and isort is obviated by black. Closing.
