Tests to assert detected exceptions in `utbot-framework-tests`

Description

There are no tests for asserting detected exceptions in the utbot-framework-tests, so we want to add them from the "codeforces" project in utbot-junit-contest.

Expected behavior

if UTBot worsened and stopped detecting the excepted exceptions, then the tests fall.
But also, the tests fail when it gets better and starts detecting new exceptions.

Context

There are tests for checking coverage, now we want to add tests to check a similar metric.
