1. Ability to add/detete a course
2. Ability to assign students to a specific course
3. Ability to duplicate existing course (to create multiple semesters of the same course)
4. Design the UI for that in a way that wouldn't freak out users - it should be as fewer clicks as possible for user to hand out an assignment.
