Grant access to resource storage.k8s.io/volumeattachments in the resource example for Cluster Autoscaler using the Exoscale Cloud Provider.

This aligns the example with the chart in charts/cluster-autoscaler.

I started the "EasyCLA" process, had to create a company etc. Followed maybe 10 steps, but is too horrible an experience. I'm backing out.

Been a strong OSS contributor some years ago and wanted to just do the right thing again, but this got out of control...
