Auto completions is enabled in documentation comment

Describe the bug
Auto-completion mess with the possibility to add some kind of documention.

Steps to reproduce the bug*

• Create a documentation comment
  /** */

• Add some text inside
  /** test */

• The auto-completion popup should be display

Idk, some times you want to reference functions in hotdoc, but I guess mostly not.
As a quick "fix" you can press "Escape" to get rid of the popup.

But it would be better to add some support for adding specials tags, where the autocompletion who be enable

Some language like java (and javadoc) already implements it
As an exemple

 * Description of the function
 * @see foo()
 */

Another idea might be to enable autocompletion only in code fences

/**
 * Swallows a whole basketball. This can be chained together for double damage
 * with `regurgitateAtEnemy`.
 */
function swallowWholeBasketball(Ball ball)
    ...
