Dev Server documentation: options.stdin no longer CLI only

devServer.stdin will be a boolean API option (it was previously CLI-only) in the next major Dev Server version: webpack/webpack-dev-server#2186

Yes, but there is no rush because it will only be released in next major version of webpack-dev-server.
