Algolia search ignores URL hash

Steps to reproduce

• Have Algolia search setup
• Navigate to a page that has a secondary heading so there is a page anchor to navigate to
• When you switch to the new page you're sent to the top of the page, not to the anchor.

What is expected?

• The page jumps to the anchor

What is actually happening?

• The page does not jump to the anchor, it stays at the top of the page

Which leaves out the hash from the url
