Changes:

  • make "vue-test-utils" backquoted
  • make api title backquoted in headings (because some api title has arguments or even more complicated code, so backquoting them is more compatible)
  • make code in comments backquoted
  • make "Vue" backquoted which is told as constructor or class
  • set all "Node.js" -> "Node"
  • some typos and formattings
  • sync the contents between README.md, SUMMARY.md, guides/README.md and api/README.md.

If any of them above is not good I am happy to continue to fix them.
