The link is set to https://next.vue-test-utils.vuejs.org/guide/ which shows a netlify 404 page. The correct URL appears to be https://test-utils.vuejs.org/.

Click on Guide -> Upgrading to 2.x beta

Expected behaviour

The link goes to test-utils 2.0 docs

Actual behaviour

It doesn't
