Other information:

Refine the process of deciding the useTaobaoRegistry flag. Make the useTaobaoRegistry behavior more explicit:

  • Remove useTaobaoRegistry from .vuerc.
  • Remove speed tests.
  • Recommend Taobao registry to Chinese users.
  • Write the registry to the project .npmrc.
