Building with `--dest` fails on v5 alpha

Steps to reproduce

Create blank project with default preset, then run npm run build --dest other_dist.

What is expected?

Build succeeds and outputs to specified folder

What is actually happening?

Build fails with the following:

Seems like the error comes from here, probably due to a change related to webpack 5.
