Steps to reproduce

Change the icon of a folder, it will create a desktop.ini file

open vue ui
add vue-router to the project

vue-router is added

Seems like a permission issue on your system.

Change how? What folder? Your description is a bit sparse.

The Desktop.ini is a hidden System File

/cc @Akryum Do you think we need blacklist exclude this file somehow? I'm not firm with Windows system files like this and how their permissions relate to nodejs etc.
