Vue 1.x message shows on pwa template

Currently every template shows this message while initiating:

This will install Vue 2.x version of the template.

  For Vue 1.x use: vue init pwa#1.0 foo

But the pwa template doesn't provide a Vue 1 version. Besides, since the 1.0 templates are not actively maintained anymore, I think maybe it's time to remove the message entirely?

This was hard-coded in vue-cli itself and has been removed in 2.8.2 - can you confirm?
