No corresponding chromedriver for beta versions of Chrome

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new project using vue create
2. Add nightwatch for e2e testing

What is expected?

All dependencies are installed successfully.

What is actually happening?

Install fails because chromedriver@78 is not release yet.

In this case please don't check the Chrome checkbox during scaffolding because Nightwatch is not expected to work without a compatible version of chromedriver.

We need to find a way to gracefully deal with this situation though.
