What is expected?

I try to install vue/cli from windows command line

What is actually happening?

npm get error:

npm ERR! code ETARGET
npm ERR! notarget No matching version found for ast-types@0.12.3
npm ERR! notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm ERR! notarget a package version that doesn't exist.
npm ERR! notarget
npm ERR! notarget It was specified as a dependency of 'recast'

That package does of course exist:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/ast-types

So you likely tried to install at a moment where the npm registry experienced technical problems or something.

Please try again and report back.

Thank's for your answer. I installed ast-types manually and
I tried again and it worked. the problem
it would seem the version into package. the same problem comes up when I make a new project
it's possible to remove packages version?

But npm has version 0.12.3 so I don't understand why that error would come up.
