[Task Manager UI] Updating dependencies then stopping a running task

Steps to reproduce

Run any development server task and update dependencies then stop the development server task

What is expected?

To stop the currently running task

What is actually happening?

Error while running task C:~\Documents\vue-project:lambda-serve with message 'spawn netlify-lambda ENOENT'
