API Docs as a single page

Right now it's really hard to search unless you know what you are looking for AND where you are looking. Making this a single page with expandable links to content would be hugely helpful. If I can find some time I'm happy to help if you're accepting PRs

Yea exactly! I looked at the most depended on modules list on NPM and picked a few that I'm familiar with that follow this pattern:

moment
express
lodash
underscore
bluebird

To me it makes things not only more searchable but more discoverable. Say you're searching for filters you may uncover an interaction or example using filters in another section.
