Development Setup Help

I know this may not be specifically your issue, but thought I would add here in case you had the solution - 

Trying to run the development environment - 

```
hexo server
[info] Hexo is running at http://localhost:4000/. Press Ctrl+C to stop.
[warn] No layout: 
```

Am I missing something?
