examples for each directive

Had a little idea to create comprehensive fiddle examples for each of the directives to give people a reference point for their projects and clear up any gotchas or quirks. A very quick and crude example for v-text and v-html as an example:

Sorry but it looks like the last Fiddle isn't working properly (I tried different OSs & different browsers). I'm guessing that it may have been recently broken by the latest build of Vue?

The opacity is the only slider that works. I can't change the height, width or scale. I'll also note that in Chrome; I get an exception in style.js line 22. 'value' is not an array so it can't find the function that's called on it upon initialization.

BTW: I ran into the same issue with my own sample app.

@tichris0 Yeah these fiddles are really old (using like 1.8 or something) so take them for a grain of salt for right now. I am looking to finish this at some point just havnt had the time lately.
