New documentation is now available for Vuex 4 but it uses a different URL from the Vuex 3 documentation.
There are several places that the Vue 3 docs link to Vuex. In some cases we link to the Vuex docs, in other cases we link to the GitHub repo.
I've gone through these links and updated some of them to point at the new Vuex docs. There are still some that point at the GitHub repo instead but I felt that was appropriate in those cases.
