[FEATURE]: add a badge on the navigation sidebar when updating part of the guide

Hello, it would be beneficial to include a badge on the navigation sidebar or the current page navbar to indicate when a specific section of the guide has been updated. This feature would help users easily find the latest updates in the guide.
