Angular Signal section is not updated

Angular has dropped support for signal's mutate function in v17.0.0 angular/angular@c7ff9df but it is still present in the Connection to Signals docs section.

Angular Signals link is pointing to the Signals discussion on github, while it should be pointing to the Signals page in the Angular's docs site, as Signals are now present in the API.
