Why is the 'edit this page' function disabled?

it's useful for quick and easy PRs.

I saw that #171 says:

Feedback is welcome but no PRs at this moment since the docs team is still in progress with some sections

are we ready to welcome PRs for now? If yes, I'm glad to marke a PR to enable this again.
