"Start Time" and "End Time" fields are not present in Notebook page.

I cannot find where the "Start Time" and "End Time" fields are in the created Notebook pages as mentioned in TC 8. There is only a time bar at the bottom, but it is consistent across all Notebooks and doesn't seem to correspond to each individual Notebook.

Reproduction Steps

1. Click on the Flight1 Monitor (NoteBook name) which is listed in Objects Context Menu
2. Validate the name of the NoteBook (Flight1 Monitor) in the new screen
3. Check 'New Entry' element in the NoteBook page
4. Check 'Search', 'Show All', Sort Order, Start Time & End Time fields in the NoteBook page

Expected Result

Fields for "Start Time" and "End Time" on Notebook page.

Actual Result

Unable to locate "Start Time" and "End Time" fields.
