Reproduction Steps

Pre-Condition:-
New NoteBook should be created - 'Flight1 Monitor'
Steps:

1. Click on the Flight1 Monitor (NoteBook name) which is listed in Objects Context Menu

Expected Result

NoteBook should open in the Display Layout

Actual Result

NoteBook is not showing the Display Layouts while opening the new notebook

@sdgun We have start date and End Date Time at bottom of the page ,

Please refer my Expected screenshot, we will be having start and end Time fields in the NoteBook page.
