Discussions are arranged as newest first in Chrome but oldest first in IE and Edge browser

Reproduction Steps

1. Login as pat_monahan/ topcoder123! in both chrome and IE11 (or Edge) at the same time
2. Go to link https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/projects/800/discussions in both the browser
3. Observe the discussions shown in left hand side

Expected Result

Discussions should be shown as newest first in all the browsers

Actual Result

Discussions are shown as oldest first in IE and Edge which is very confusing to user as it looks like there is no new discussion to see. also, due to this screen looks very different in both the browser for same user.
However it is showing fine in Chrome browser
