Reproduction Steps

Go to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/
Login as pat_monahan/topcoder123!
Create a new project of type App
Go to the project's Specification page
Scroll down and click the '+' button for 'What colors do you like? (Select all that apply)'

Expected Result

Textbox should be long enough to show 3 digit numbers

Actual Result

Textbox is short and doesn't show value fully
