Reproduction Steps

1. Go to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/
2. Log in with pshah_manager/topcoder123
   3.Create a new App project
   4.Go to Specification and Go to Feature requirements section
   5.Click “Add/Edit Feature” button
   6.App navigate to Project Feature page
   7.Scroll down and Click “Add a custom feature” button
3. in Feature name enter name as “A1” and Click “Save Feature” button
   9..Now we have “A1” features
4. Click A1 and disable the Feature
   11 Click Edit button
   12 App will not allow to edit
   13 Now enable the feature for A1
   14.Verify the Note section

Expected Result

Window-Manager – In Project Feature page->Add a custom feature, Note section should be displayed if we create feature->Disable Feature -> Click edit button->Again enable feature

Actual Result

After adding a note to the custom feature, the user has to disable it and click on the Edit button. Now enabling the feature won't show the 'Notes' section

Don't just copy paste title to the 'Expected Result'/Actual Result. You have to explain What is the bug and how we can fix it. Next time these type of bugs will be rejected. We need to present solid bug reports to the client. Thanks
