Now `Last Saved` shows the actual `updated` field of the saved challenge. Fixing this also including putting updated challenge data to the redux store on auto save, otherwise an outdated date would be shown as `Last Saved` when challenge is saved automatically without pressing "Save" button. ref issue topcoder-platform#785
