Expected behavior

• Start Date values not matching with Challenge Details Page
• Check for other sections to fill proper date/time to inform users for each phase. Are they make sense? Since we not ability to change the other dates from Work Manager

• Create new challenge
• Fill Start Date
• Compare with Challenge Details page
