Intermittent - Challenge listed in Active & Draft

"Dev Challenge LaCop" listed in 2 places ... the next one which I launched several hours later "Dev Challenge LaCop2" launched fine ... I am afraid this would continue to happen for ES as well intermittently ... we might need to include these random Sync issues and the resolutions in the Known Issues doc for ES -

Unfortunately it happened to me as well couple of times and as I said, it might remain there even after ES release.

@lakshmiathreya I can see this challenge in "Active" tab, but cannot see it in "Draft". Could you please check one more time?
