Challenge Resource Management

From the View Challenge page, you should be able to click a button that takes you to view all the resources on that challenge. It should look and operate like the admin.topcoder.com tool to manage resources on a v5 challenge.

You should be able to:

• View/list/filter the resources on a challenge
• Add/remove resource
