Steps to reproduce the problem

• Open https://challenges.topcoder-dev.com/ and login as Admin
• Select a project from the list 'Test v5 {codejam} - 0001'
• Switch between the tabs (Active, New, Draft and Completed)

Expected behavior

• Should display only one

Actual behavior

• Two loading buttons displayed when switching between the tabs

Environment

- OS: HP 15-dw1xxx 15.6 inch; Window 10
- Browser (w/version): Chrome 85.0.4183.83
- User role (client, copilot or manager): Admin
- Account used: TonyJ

I think we won't fix it because we have to implement a new better designs anyway. But still keeping it in next release to keep track of it.

@vikasrohit @codejamtc - Yes, agreed that we won't fix for now. In the future, I am not sure we will even need this screen in Work Manager because I am planning to incorporate a "created challenge/task" view into Projects app, so the context for everything that has been created for that project is containerized inside the project's UI.
