Unable to search the challenges

To Reproduce / Actual Behavior

1. Go to 'https://challenges.topcoder-dev.com/projects/16541/challenges'
2. Click on 'Draft Tab'
3. Go to search box and try to type text Challeng

Actual behavior

• If I make some delay to type text, system will automatically start search function.
• No records found for search work Challeng
• Cursor is lost from the search box

Expected behavior

• User should able to type whatever he want to type.
• All the challenge contain Challeng should be display. (eg Challenge, challenge1 etc)
• After searching challenge , Cursor must stay at search box, so user can edit the search text.

This might not be a bug rather, search does not have feature of searching of partial strings. So, it would be a nice to have but as long as your challenge is coming in results when you type full word e.g. Challenge, we should be good for now. We might keep it as future enhancement though.

@vikasrohit - Also, this one gets back to the conversation we were having the other week on whether "project search" functionality will be needed in Work Manager in the future, or whether Connect should be the source to support this functionality.

@acshields this particular issue is about challenge search not project search, which I think belongs to work manager.
