Pagination Size is too high for challenge listing page.

To Reproduce / Actual Behavior

1. Go to 'https://challenges.topcoder-dev.com/projects/8405/challenges'
2. Observe Challenge Listing Grid (Need to do vertical scroll to see the all challenges.)
   Now it is taking 50 challenges per page, which is very high in this scenario.

Expected behavior
Suggested Pagination Size 10/20 per page

Do we have any idea for no. of average challenges for per project ? cc @acshields

@drasticdpk - On an average project, there is 39 challenges or tasks (mostly tasks, more than likely). So, we will definitely need to focus on optimizing the pagination of the created/saved listings.

@vikasrohit - Re: my note on the other issue regarding the listings, I will keep this in mind when I source the updated designs for this view. Also, keep in mind my note on whether this view will need to be in Connect or Work Manager.
