Search Challenges - doesn't work until the word is complete

Describe the bug
In search challenges if you type a incomplete word "topgea" or "topgear pri" it will show no result. Results are only shown when you complete the words individually ex. "topgear" or "topgear private"

To Reproduce / Actual Behavior
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://challenges.topcoder-dev.com/'
2. Click on 'Search challenges box on top right'
3. Type 'topgea' and wait for a second - the result is no challenges found
4. Now type 'topgear' - a challenge named 'Topgear private challenge' is shown in results
5. Even if you type 'topgear pri' the results is no challenges found

Expected behavior
Appropriate challenge results should be shown even with incomplete words for the users to choose
