Some "code" challenges tags are not displayed in Green

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open the application and Login as a valid user (jcori)
2. Go to 'New' tab; Check the challenges table, first column "Challenges Name"
3. Check for "Code" tag with gray color

Actual Result:

• Some "code" challenges tags are not displayed in Green

Expected Result:

• Should be displayed in Green
