Loading table data when sorting / filtering

Expected behavior

When reloading a table after the sort / filters have been changed, we are hiding the filter and table headers, leading users to think that the entire page is reloading. Instead, we should just hide the table contents (not the table header), so that the user is aware that the reload only affects the table data
