Self Service updates in WM

Description:

The below updates are made in WM related to the self service,

1. Admins should be able to see all active self service challenges instead of just theirs.
2. Able to view the count of total challenges per bucket.
3. Able to view the Draft challenges.(Status='New')
4. Able to view an indication in the spec that data is missing from the intake form (To help understand what the client hasn’t filled yet)
5. Remove Switch project textbox under the self-service opportunities.

Verified the above updates in Dev Env.

1. Admin is able to view all active SS challenges now.

2. The total challenges count are now displayed above each bucket and the count is correct.
3. Able to view the draft challenges now.

4. Missing data indicator is not displayed for the page details, separate issue logged for the same The missing page details in Intake form is not indicated in WM's challenge specification #1313
5. The Switch Project textbox is now removed.
